Country Finance Director Cfo Italy

From the Nueva Pescanova Group, we are looking for a Country Finance Director in Italy (Bologna), reporting to the Group VP Finance and coordinating in your day-to-day with the Country Manager.
Main Duties: Business partner of the Country Manager and its Management Team.Work closely with the Commerce Director and provide Revenue Management.Implement a new ERP.Lead the Budget management process.Cash flow management.Lead the financial analysis and planning.Supervise the work of the administration department and the controller commercial function.Coordinate accounting, treasury, auditing, and financial analysis.Investment evaluation.Conduct and maintain negotiations with financial institutions, public administration, and other suppliers.Carry out internal and Group reporting and analysis.Management of regulatory compliance in the accounting/financial field.Management of extraordinary financial operations.Collaborate in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the improvement plans in your unit.Lead and develop a team of 4 people.Develop other functions (5%) such as supporting HR practices designed by the group and help with their implementation.Qualifications: Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or similar.Master's degree is highly appreciated.5-7 years of experience in the financial area, performing similar functions; experience as CFO or in Big Four is a plus.Professional English and Italian level are required; Spanish is a plus.Advanced knowledge in Excel, Access, and DB is a must.Team player with the ability to run the business, manage teams, and influence others.Workplace: You will work in the Bologna, Italy office, managing a four-person finance and accounting team and collaborating with Italian salespeople, purchasing, marketing, and supply chain teams.
