**#ELC Counter Manager**
Counter Manager is the mentor of the team, spurring them to offer clients an excellent customer experience. The aim is to encompass the team in the vision and principles of the Brands, monitor the team performance and coach them to give their best.
**The Role**
You will be responsible for customer service, team management and store operations for several Counters in La Rinascente Duomo. You will be primarily dedicated to aligning and engaging the employees to the values and principles of the Brands and creating a memorable shopping experience for all customers.
**Key Performance Areas**
- Drive transactions and sales of the entire team to achieve the counters sales targets;
- Train the team on customer service and sales techniques to improve performance, by monitoring commercial KPIs;
- Maintain and set an example of outstanding customer service, both internal and external;
- Develop the team and conduct required trainings in collaboration with education team to provide all team members adequate training opportunities, elevate expertise, performance in a timely manner.
**Qualifications** Requirements**
- High School Diploma and/or Specific Certifications in the beauty industry;
- Previous retail industry/guest services experience (preferably within beauty);
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret figures and KPI's to act and correct upon progressive performance;
- Proven people management and conflict management skills;
- Strong interest in beauty industry, especially in luxury fragrances;
- Fluency in Italian, English is considered a plus.
