Costing Shoes Officer

**Position**:
**Main responsability**:
Analyze, reporting, negotiation and improvement of the costs for Raw Materials, Accessories and Operations following from the prototype phase to the production of shoes.
- Manage Price List for Raw Materials, Accessories, Operations.
- Negotiate Costs for Raw Materials, Accessories, Operations.
- Analyze costs finish product.
- Analyze incidence costs of components.
- Estimate in advance costs and alternative scenarios.
- Collaboration with industrialization team to find constructive alternative.
- Collaboration with merchandising and development team to find solution and respect target margins.
- Check and analysis of cost sheet of finish product received from the suppliers (woman and man shoes collection).
- Maintaining Cost Accounting System PLM.
- Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports.
**Profile**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor / Master Degree
- Working proficiency in Italian and English (French knowledge is a plus)
- Knowledge of PLM is a plus
- Problem solving
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Collaboration and team work aptitude
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- At least 5 years in similar role with focus on shoes
