The Costing/Estimating Manager will lead our finance team at the Tech Center in Grugliasco HQ, reporting directly to the Financial Director.
Responsibilities Manage the process of new RFQ with other teams Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance to obtain the right Financials level requested by Division on time and accurate. Manage Cost analysis teams to obtain all activities requested by the system, evolution of costs and price during the developments of product. Cost analysis support for new requests and modification tooling and variable cost (was-is). Cost analysis support and manage with other Intercompany divisions (Foam, Trim covers, Headrests, Wire harness and Metal parts) process of make or buy. Providing MGR update on risks & opportunities for all development products. Interacting with Engineering, Sales, Program Management Teams, Purchasing and Cost Analysis. Contributing to Lear financial strategy and decision-making processes. To be successful in this role: University Graduate with bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related discipline. At least 10 years of working experience in financial controlling field. Ability to work independently. Nice to have experience in working in Automotive or Production facilities. Leadership skills with proven experience in managing successful teams. Excellent communication skills and business acumen. Ability to work closely and build partnerships with other departments and functions including senior level management. High level of reliability and working ethics. Ability to work under time pressure and deadlines. Computer literacy with advanced MS Excel skills.
