With more than twenty-five divisions comprising valuable, international and unique talents, the Group is rooted in the same values that have accompanied it since its founding: innovation, team spirit, excellence and reliability.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Costing Analyst to join our global team.Responsibilities:Cost Analysis & Modeling: Gather and analyze technical data to build accurate, mathematical, and graphical cost models that illustrate cost curves across various product categories and global markets (focusing on Electrical and Automation goods).Strategic Cost Management: Develop and implement dynamic, data-driven strategies to optimize cost structures, aligning with market conditions and business objectives to boost profitability and competitive edge.Cost Control: Determine and monitor standard costs, investigating variances between estimated and actual costs to recommend corrective actions.Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports that offer actionable insights, including periodic updates and ad-hoc requests for leadership and stakeholders.Process Improvement: Identify and assess the impact of changes in processes, methods, or market dynamics on overall costs, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.Product Cost Analysis: Assess and analyze the costs of existing and new products, ensuring that all cost drivers are accounted for accurately.Pricing Strategy: Manage and update main proposal tool pricing lists to reflect cost changes and market trends.Technical Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field.Industry Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a cost analyst, cost specialist, or similar role (preferably within manufacturing, Electrical, or Automation sectors).Technical Expertise: Strong background in data analysis, operational cost analysis, and technical costing methods.Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial engineering and automation is a distinct advantage.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.Solid business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex data clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.Soft Skills:Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Willingness to travel for short-term business trips, both nationally and globally.
