Cost Estimation And Application Engineer

Valmet is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cost Estimation and Application Engineer to join our team in Gorizia.
In this role, you'll be a vital part of our pricing team, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers.
Location: Gorizia, Italy Department: Sales Department, Tissue Business Unit, Paper Business Line Reports To: Manager, Sales Department Contract: Permanent Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or technical high school diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Energy Engineering.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
Availability for domestic and international business trips.
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key responsibilities: Efficiently handle internal and customer queries related to orders and returns, escalating as necessary.
Take customer orders and input relevant information into our ordering system.
Follow up on enquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and facilitate product demonstrations for potential clients.
Liaise with sales representatives and operations to track order status and maintain delivery schedules.
Prepare and administer commercial documents such as contracts and service agreements.
