Unleash your energy within! Be a part of the EDC Team! Prepare budget tracking reports and ensure budget KPIs are achieved and managed.
Validate and seek inputs from the project team on contractors claims and request for variation orders based on relevant contract provisions.
Validate and process contractors milestone payments claims as per the contract's milestones payment schedule.
Process, monitor and track actual payments to contractors in coordination with BD's commercial team and Finance.
Prepare presentations and justifications to the Contract Change Management squad on project variation order and extension of time and cost claims.
Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future purchases.
Prepare Purchase Requisition and monitor approval including its process until Purchase Order release and material delivered to respective location.
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates, cost related issues and mitigate the impact of any changes of base cost and initial budgets.
Prepare cost estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
Review drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Coordinate with project engineers, and contractors or subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Assess cost effectiveness of purchases, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
Establish and maintain tendering process, and conduct negotiations on project site purchases.
Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Attend meetings and record minutes as needed.
Collect, count, and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping, and complete banking transactions.
Prepare and process documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
