Cost Controller

An experienced Cost Controller is required to carry out his services in PCS department in Fano office. In this role, it is requested to work in a pre-established project control team which is located in 3 different countries (Italy, Romania, Algeria) for the execution of cost controller activities for an international project, following the relevant procedure agreed with the client.

He/She will be coordinated by a Lead Cost Controller and will collaborate with other planners and document controller, as well as the Project Management and the procurement team for providing the services including: cost budgeting CTR based, timesheet management, cost control of engineering and procurement activities, progress control, invoicing and close out management, as well as portfolio control and performance measurement.

Duration of contract: 2 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Timebooking management through a dedicated in-house software interfaced with SAP R3 and preparation Time Sheet for client validation

Preparation Cost Reports (Budget, Actual, ETC)

Preparation of MHS Reports (Budget, Actual, ETC)

Preparation of VOWD

Analysis of variances to detect variance of actual costs from budgeted costs

Support the Lead and the Project Service Manager in the preparation of reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings as per the agreed calendar

Support the Lead and the Project Service Manager with the cost's analysis in order to analyze the trend of their projects

Qualifications required:

The job holder must have a Bachelor degree.

Experience in Cost Controlling in an oil and gas company

Not less than 5 years of experience of working in a prior similar position

Fluent in English Language

Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel

Preferable knowledge of Oracle Primavera
