The company is committed to supporting its clients on the energy transition pathway towards Net Zero, with increasingly digital means, technologies, and processes geared for environmental sustainability.RESPONSIBILITIES:Elaborate the procedures for Cost Control required by the project.Develop the Control Budget based on the Commercial Budget and review it appropriately during the execution phase of the project.Ensure the implementation of cost control systems adopted at the headquarters of the CLIENT and/or at Branches or other Italian or foreign locations during the initial phase of the project.During various phases of the project (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, etc.
), ensure and verify the correct management of key Cost Control parameters (Committed, ETC, Forecast), conduct variance analyses, and propose mitigation actions.Analyze the potential impact that an increase in costs in one area of work may have on other areas.In collaboration with Technicians, monitor quantities and thus costs of any variations occurring on site related to contracts (preventive accounting).Support the project, along with the Risk Manager, in managing the Risk Analysis.Collect a set of data related to: personnel, supplier presence, site purchases, local transport, logistics costs (TCF), and site operating costs (FRC).Prepare the Cost Control Report (PRISM) with related qualifications and variance analysis.Prepare the cash inflow/outflow plan for the project (Cash-Flow).QUALIFICATION: Degree in Engineering or Economic SciencesKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B1-B2YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5IT SKILLS: Microsoft OfficeSOFT SKILLS: Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly and proactively, and collaborate with various business functions at different levels of the organization in a dynamic and evolving business context.NICE TO HAVE: Professionals from EPC contractors in the oil gas, energy, or construction sectors with experience in managing complex international contracts with foreign site activities.LOCATION: Fano (PU), Italy.
