Corporate Supply Specialist

Who we are looking forPurposeThe Corporate Supply Specialist, being part of the Corporate Supply Chain department, interacts and collects inputs from functions such as Procurement, Industrialisation, Quality and Sites Planning to coordinate the S&Op processes in terms of requirements and supply granting the material availability in the short-mid term.
Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the S&Op process in terms of:•    RequirementsAnalyze on monthly basis the requirements of all our plants;Consolidate at corporate level the needs of all strategic items;Manage the capacity of suppliers and coordinate the S&Op meeting.•    SupplyOversight of the delivery plan in order to grant the continuity of production plan, the right level of stock and escalating in case of risk/opportunities.
Operational Support:•    Cross functional project support; •    Change control process support according to the strategic allocation of volumes;•    Day by day urgency/analysis.
