Job Scope Proactively identifying and recommending mitigation strategies for the entire Enterprise that support continuity and successful performance.
Identifying issues, supporting mitigation plans, and tracking resolutions quickly and proactively.
Establishing and supporting policies, procedures, and controls to identify and address risks in the Supply Chain and across the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on SCRM.
Primary owner of Enterprise-wide supply chain risk management in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risk while complying with industry standards.
Oversee the maintenance and continuing development of tools, metrics, and processes to guide the SCRM team's work and drive continuous improvements.
Present risk analyses and recommendations to leadership and other key stakeholders as needed.
Clear communication of project progress, continuous improvements, and best practices.
Support the activities around identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating all types of risk within the organization.
Support resilience and business continuity initiatives.
Support regular reporting of risk or emerging potential disruptions and best practices through white papers, newsletters, internal news sites, and communication meetings.
Develop and provide training to larger Supply Chain and cross-functional teams as needed to support SCRM activities.
Continuously conduct research, monitor events, understand market conditions, and report findings related to potential supply chain disruptions along with mitigation recommendations.
Develop SCRM strategies and action plans with partners to build resiliency.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor/Master degree.
Experience in supply chain/procurement ecosystems within global markets.
Strong experience in stakeholder management and communications.
Experience in driving complex initiatives from start to finish.
Experience influencing policy changes across an organization.
Experience with risk management frameworks.
Possess in-depth knowledge of SCRM.
Knowledge of SCRM software trends and technologies.
Proven fluency in Microsoft Applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Knowledge base in Supply Chain/Procurement operations and policies, including Supply Chain Risk and business continuity.
High proficiency and understanding in conducting research and using scientific methods to achieve outcomes as demonstrated by research experience.
Comfortable writing documents for executive leadership such as talking points, read-aheads, and strategies.
Ability to work on a diverse range of mid-complex problems/proposals.
Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating presentation, communication, team building and leadership skills.
