The person, according to the guidelines provided by the team and in cooperation with other departments and external providers, will contribute to the following main activities:
Support on all CSR activities and projects (Environment, Social and Supply Chain).Support data collection process for the yearly reporting to LVMH.Support CSR certification programs.Support projects and programs related to Diversity & Inclusion management.Edit CSR content for intranet website and contribute to internal communications on social and environmental projects and initiatives.Support the training and engagement activities on CSR matters of Bulgari employees, in cooperation with the relevant HR counterparts.Stay current on business practices by performing benchmark analysis, research on government, non-government and public entities CSR platforms and agenda.Support the activities of knowledge sharing of the international network of CSR correspondents (community management, content circulation, organization of meetings).Follow the international laws related to CSR compliance and support the circulation of updates in the CSR network.
