Talent Solution , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence , is currently recruiting a CORPORATE QA GDP ASSOCIATE The candidate will join the Global GDP Management, within the Global Quality Department.
The team is responsible of verifying compliance with the good distribution practice of European Affiliates.
Moreover, is responsible for following audits to partners for the distribution of the products in Meta countries.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The ideal candidate will be involved in several activities, described below.
• Improve and maintain the Global Quality System to ensure Global QA oversight on Affiliates (Distribution Companies) over time.
In particular the following activities (related to GDP compliance), should be developed, implemented (and maintained over time) in each Affiliate: - Integration of the Global QMS with new or modified documents (e.g.
Policies, Guidelines, SOPs) and their implementation at local level.
- guarantee the compliance of the storage and distribution of medicinal and non-medicinal products (medical devices, food supplements, cosmetics) distributed by the Company - perform training to the Affiliates to let them aligned regarding the harmonised quality requirements and the Corporate SOPs; - collect KPIs for monitoring the activities of 3PLS and Affiliates; - arrange management reviews at Global level with the different Affiliates in order to identify any gaps as well as any potential room for improvement; - keep the quality agreements between the Corporate QA and the Distribution Companies up-to-date; - support Distribution Companies in drawing up Quality Agreements with their suppliers and reviewing them before they are shared externally • Support the Distribution Companies in general GDP troubleshooting, such as: - monitoring activities of Affiliates 'suppliers (with particular reference to 3PLs); - Investigations related to deviations and/or complaints from the market - Regulatory Inspections and related CAPA plans • Monitor the activities of the Distribution Companies through audit execution and participation to the local periodic management reviews to identify gaps and discuss how to fill them JOB REQUIREMENTS • Master's degree in scientific disciplines • Leadership and proactivity • Flexibility as well as analytical skill • Fluent English, written and spoken Contract type: fixed term
