Corporate Planning Analyst

Adecco Permanent Consultant is searching for a candidate for the Milan Headquarter of a multinational company in the chemical materials sector a Corporate Planning Analyst The person will be involved in supporting the direct manager in the implementation and periodic closure of the Group's economic and financial planning processes.
Main activities: - Monitor Oracle Cloud Planning closures for all Group subsidiaries.
- Assist in departmental, economic, and financial planning.
- Create and maintain financial planning reports autonomously.
- Ensure data consistency across application sources.
- Coordinate with external consultants on Oracle Cloud Planning upgrades.
- Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud Planning issues.
- Contribute to the creation of operating manuals.
- Support budget and quarterly forecast variance analysis.
- Adhere to HSE regulations, internal procedures, and company standards.
Requirements: - Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Finance.
- 3-4 years of controlling experience, ideally in a multinational.
- Fluent in English; proficient in Excel and managing large databases.
- Strong financial and analytical modeling skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle Planning, Microsoft Dynamics, and BI tools is a plus.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to development.
