Tasks In our expansion and growth process, we are seeking for a new Corporate Partnerships Director for Italy region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the building of tomorrow's food system from Italy and contribute to improving the agri-food world, generating a real impact on our world and society.
Strategic collaboration and leadership: Shape our commercial strategy with senior management, aligning business goals with client satisfaction, and lead teams to effectively implement this strategy.
Engage in high-level presentations and negotiations alongside senior leadership.
Market and client development: Explore and capitalize on business opportunities in the open innovation market.
Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities in corporate and government sectors, initially targeting Italy and Europe.
Marketing and communication: Partner with the Marketing team to drive lead-generating campaigns and communications.
Sales and account management: Oversee and support the achievement of our sales objectives.
Manage key client accounts, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic account plans.
Build and maintain strong client connections with the consulting team.
Industry insight and representation: Stay ahead of local market trends and innovation to identify opportunities for a sustainable food value chain.
Monitor trends in innovation consulting and entrepeneurship to develop new products, services, and commercial strategies.
Financial oversight: Manage and optimize the commercial budget.
Requirements We are in search of an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual, deeply motivated by our mission at Eatable to transform and improve the food system.
The ideal candidate will possess strong personal and professional ethics aligned with Eatable's values and demonstrate the ability to forge significant collaborative relationships aimed at achieving the common good.
Qualifications: Experience: At least 5 years in corporate partnerships and business development within Agrifoodtech, Entrepreneurship, or Innovation Services, with a proven track record.
Minimum of 8 years in Agrifoodtech Innovation and/or Consultancy services with an extensive understanding of the Italian market.
Language skills: Native Italian speaker.
Proficiency in English (C1 level, spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
Benefits Indefinite contract.
Fixed salary and an attractive variable salary plan based on objectives.
