Corporate Outlet Visual Merchandising Manager

CORPORATE OUTLET VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER
At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Visual Merchandising Manager, who will be sitting in the global VM team in HQ, reporting directly to the Shopping Experience Director, and be mainly responsible for visual merchandising guidelines for the Outlet channel.
Main responsabilities:
• Develop and deploy a global VM strategy for Outlets: working together with the line director and local teams to define VM display pillars and working methods for this channel.
• Create a selection of VM training tools to guide, support and train local VM and stores on the global VM strategy: seasonal guidelines / flash guidelines / ABC guidelines.
• Review and improve the VM tools catalogue inserting new VM tools to support the display of the items inside the stores.
• Create new dedicated windows for outlets or recondition / reuse the old ones for the channel alongside with all the collateral needed to support the business (in-store signage – directories – etc).
• Define and develop a network of local VM referents working together with each regional team.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time to support the development of the strategy.
• Working together with the rest of the VM corporate team to develop the channel business following the global full price strategy.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 8/10-year experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for detail; understanding the importance of visual execution and standards.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Proven project management on multiple priorities.
• Great passion for the fashion world, awareness of the market and trends with the ability to generate new ideas.
• Determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to propose ideas, problem solving and teamwork.
• Good computer skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Power Point, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language. Good knowledge of Italian language is preferred.
