Your Mission
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Your Contributions- Implement the DiaSorin Immunodiagnostics social media strategy, proposing the most important Social channels and KPIs to measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Monitor social media content and the media strategy and activity.
- Define proper tracking analysis methods; manage analytics tools and produce reporting to support the actions in place.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Champion best Digital practice marketing.
- Oversee Digital channels metrics, analyse the contributions sentiment gathered in the various digital channels.
- Help in identifying the right target audience, proposing an effective way to profile the customer base, leveraging the CRM capabilities.
- Help to define the targeted personas with the objective to streamline the behaviour, the touchpoints with our Company.
- Oversee the Editorial Calendars, updating regularly with the latest updates.
**Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility**:
- You- Education- Master degree preferably in Digital Marketing- Specialization- Digital technologies, Digital Comms or other relevant fields.
Master on Digital fields is considered a plus.- Experience- Proven successful work experience as "digital native" (always working in Digital area) and in the commercial side (how to grow revenue and profit through Digital) in other international Companies with multi-countries and multi-cultural Teams, preferably a multi-channel retailer and/or a direct selling organization
- Work experience in a Digital Performance marketing Agency on top of the International Company in the pharma/diagnostic is considered a plus
- Work experience managing multinational companies digital assets.
- Technical Competencies- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Hands on experience with SFDC campaign management and targeted messaging capabilities
- Good Knowledge of analytics tools and dashboards
- Skills- Well organized, ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
