Our Client, an emerging renewable energy infrastructure Group, is looking for enthusiastic **Corporate Legal Specialist**
The Corporate Specialist, reporting to the General Counsel, will be a key employee within the Legal & Compliance function, responsible for a series of different tasks which are to be implemented to ensure the integrity of the compliance, governance and operational framework of the Group.
He/She will support the different functions in relation to, and will be accountable for, the implementation and the management of various operational tasks.
- Create, compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents;
- Coordinate document final review and manage execution process;
- Research and obtain relevant information from other organisations or agencies;
- Submit legal or administrative documents to external organisations or agencies;
- Timely follow up to ensure documents are processed in a tidy and timely manner;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding;
- Collect originals of contracts and other legal documents, scan and properly archive them;
To succeed in the role the resource need:
- A desire and a passion to contribute to the energy transition with a pan-European focus by joining a company looking to develop renewable projects across different markets.
- At least 2 years of previous work experience as corporate secretary, administrative assistant or equivalent role in an international context, well versed operating across a broad range of legal jurisdictions.
- A university-level degree in areas such as law or business administration or equivalent experience.
- A proactive attitude towards work in general and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency-level Italian and English language skills, with skills in other European languages, considered an important plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, discretion in treating confidential information.
- Ability to mediate and assist in achieving consensus and in overcoming bureaucratic thinking.
The salary will be discussed individually, in relation to experience and skills.
