**Role Purpose**
**We are looking for a Privacy and Compliance professional to ensure our Companies' compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy laws.
His/Her responsibilities also include advising on the Group's compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the Group's business, monitoring our adherence to them, and acting as a point of contact with supervisory authorities, companies managers, and relevant stakeholders.
**
- **Work within the Group Legal and Compliance Team to provide assistance to all functions and departments**:
- **Liaise with the relevant Business Partners within the various Countries to ensure a seamless approach to legal issues and matters**:
- **Ensure compliance with Corporate procedures applicable to data privacy and compliance in general.
**Main activities and responsibilities**
- **Act as a point of contact with EU residents, supervisory authorities, and internal teams.

- **Identify and evaluate the company's data processing activities.
**:
- **Provide advice and instructions on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
**:
- **Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the Group.
**:
- **Participate in meetings with managers to ensure privacy by design at all levels.
**:
- **Liaise with other organizations that process data on our behalf.
Write and update detailed guides on data protection measures.
**:
- **Perform checks and determine whether we need to alter our procedures to comply with regulations.
**:
- **Offer consultancy on how to deal with privacy breaches.
**:
- **Arrange for training on GDPR compliance for employees.
**:
- **Follow up with changes in law and issue recommendations to ensure compliance.
**:
- **With the help of qualified consultants, design and implement the necessary Group-wide compliance policies and processes.
Provide the necessary training and ensure the business adheres to them.
**Education and experience**
- **Law Degree and 3-5 years of experience**:
- **In-depth knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection aspects is a must.
**:
- **A certain degree of experience also with compliance matters and processes in general would be a plus.
**:
- **Experience in private practice within a reputable law firm is a plus**:
- **Experience in a listed company is a plus
**Skills**
- **Fluent in English**:
- **Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team**:
- **Exceptional attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills**:
- **Willing to work with multicultural teams, across multiple countries**
