Based in our HQ in Maranello we are looking for a Corporate Legal CounselAs Corporate Legal Counsel your responsibility will be the Italian corporate matters and assistance to the Group's corporate secretary.In particular, will be required the drafting of the ordinary and extraordinary corporate minutes of the Italian companies of the Group, the management of the related electronic filings with the relevant Chambers of Commerce (including the filings related to the corporate offices and the annual and consolidated financial statements), the update of the relevant company books (including the shareholders' books, the books of the shareholders' meetings, the books of the boards of directors and the books of the boards of statutory auditors), the coordination with public notary's offices for certain corporate matters (including the certified translations of the financial statements, the assignmentof shareholdings, the withdrawals and the exclusions), the management of the opening, amendments and for closures of branches, the anti-money laundering notifications to the competent authorities, with particular respect to corporate changes, as well as the electronic filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will report to the Corporate Affair Senior Legal Counsel within the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of the Ferrari Group at the Maranello offices.

c fb eIn order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for a graduate profile with a Master Degree in Law who as preferably worked on a thesis in corporate law.Ideally you will have gaind an experience of at least 2-3 years in corporate law matters at a leading Italian or international law firm and f or at the legal and corporate affairs department of a leading Italian or international company.
Previous experience abroad and for in the automotive sector will be a plus.In this role we expect you to be concentrated and proactive, able to be synthetic and clear in both verbal and written communication, with a strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.Fluent level of both Italian and English is a must-have.
