If you are looking to grow your career by joining one of the most reputable law firms, GRS look forward to receiving your CV today for this Nicosia based Corporate Lawyer role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDrafting and reviewing of corporate and commercial agreements, Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&AA), BoD and Shareholder Resolutions, PoAs. Conducting Legal due diligence. Conducting Cross-border transactions. Providing legal opinions on corporate/trust matters and corporate transactions. Assisting with set up of corporate structures and licensing issues. Dealing with migration visa applications and procedures (BFU, PRP, Visitors Permits). CANDIDATE PROFILEUniversity Law Degree (an LPC or LLM in Corporate/ Company/ Commercial Law shall be considered an additional advantage). Member of the Cyprus Bar Association. 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a corporate lawyer in a law firm and/or in-house. Good Knowledge of Cyprus Company Law CAP 113 Excellent verbal and written command of Greek and English language. Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to meet strict deadlines.
