Gualapack, a leading Flexible Packaging Company with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven SAP Application Support to join our Corporate team.
According to our strategic plan and to be consistent with our Digital Transformation journey, it has been decided to strengthen the Information Systems management at a global level. For this, we are looking for:
Corporate IS SAP Application Support:As part of the Corporate Support team, you will be the first point of contact with the global Business user community that operates the various SAP S/4HANA modules.
You will work in collaboration with the internal Corporate IS team and the external SAP Certified partner to support both management and users to troubleshoot issues and to properly address new proposals for enhancements.
You will be involved in activities related to the SAP S/4HANA system roll-out to the Gualapack plants, such as supporting during the testing phase and/or training.
Main Responsibilities:Provide basic SAP Application support, including simple issues and queries, to both management and users independently.Keep track of SAP incidents, understand the priority, perform high-level analysis, and take ownership of issue investigation and resolution.Search for solutions to complex issues, in collaboration with the internal Corporate IS team and the external SAP Certified partner when needed.Support the Business for any knowledge gaps in SAP S/4HANA modules as required for the current assignment.Keep track of Business requests for either services or enhancements and participate, together with the internal Corporate IS team and the external SAP Certified partner, in the implementation phase as required.Monitor the external SAP Certified partner response and implementation time in accordance with the defined SLA.Understand how business processes operate to better solve problems and define solutions.Available to provide support on Siemens OpCenter MOM Suite (MES, BI, Scheduling).Available to provide basic support on other Enterprise business applications, if required.Available to work, exceptionally, extra hours or during bank holidays or weekends as required by the Business.Participate in any testing as required.Participate in SAP roll-out activities as required.Properly escalate to the SAP Team Leaders as needed. Required Skills and Education:At least three years of hands-on experience in SAP Application.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferable.Good knowledge of English as a second language.
