Your key responsibilities in this role will be: Advising on corporate governance and corporate law aspects with reference to ordinary activities as well as extraordinary transactions; Preparation and collection of documents supporting the meetings of the corporate bodies (Board of Directors and board committees, Board of Statutory Auditors, Shareholders' Meeting), participation in the meetings and drafting of the relevant minutes and execution of the fulfilments related to the resolutions Assistance to the functions for the application of the related parties transaction policy and the market abuse regulation; Analysis of the relevant legislation and its evolution and consequent amendment of corporate documentation (e.g.
articles of association, regulations of corporate bodies and internal procedures); Management of relations with external consultants; Keeping and updating company books; Verification of powers of attorney and proxies of group companies; Management and verification of corporate and regulatory duties (also with regard to the Company Registry, Consob and the Bank of Italy as applicable).

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role: Master's degree in Law with excellent marks; Knowledge of regulations applicable to listed companies as well as corporate governance principles; Previous professional experience on corporate law issues acquired in law firms and/or legal offices of listed companies; Good level of knowledge of the English language; Good interpersonal and communication skills.
