**Posizione**:
**MISSION**
He/She participates in the administrative-financial processes of the function, collaborating with the organizational units involved, with the aim of
- ensure the standards required by the company and the relevant legislation.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Manage and define the credit policy including monitoring the credit limits assigned to each customer;
- Ensure contractual management of credit insurance;
- Coordinate the Elica Group's activities necessary to mitigate credit risk;
- Plan the necessary activities in order to ensure compliance with the collection values foreseen in the FCT;
- Support the various company BUs in resolving problems relating to credit issues;
- Support and progressive involvement in the work of financial planning, control and monitoring of cash flow and the Net Financial Position;
- Carry out final and forecast analyzes of the group companies, with support in the periodic organization of Group financial planning meetings;
- Support the implementation of new technologies, products and services aimed at optimizing and simplifying banking operations and financial efficiency;
- Contribute to the full execution and improvement of accounting processes;
- Prepare periodic analysis reports relating to the scope of competence.
**Requisiti**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or similar;
- At least 2 years of previous experience in the Finance/Administration Department;
- Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-have;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel) is mandatory;
- Knowledge of ERP SAP or similar software will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge of Piteco or similar software will be considered a plus;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills will complete the profile.
