Descrizione azienda We act as a Business Partner in Search and Selection, through our specialized units: Executive & C-Level HR, Finance & Accountancy Technical & Engineering Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain IT & Digital Posizione For a client based in Milan, we are looking for a: CORPORATE CONTROLLER Key tasks: Management of opex and capex planning processes (BDG, forecast 1, forecast 2, 3 years plan), in compliance with Group deadlines, production of related reports and variance analysis; Management of opex and capex monthly closure, ensuring checks of accounting entries (accruals and prepayments if needed), production of reports by functional area and by nature, analysis of variances.
For Communication area, preparation of reports at WW level with detailed analysis by nature; Management of workflow, in collaboration with accounting team, to ensure proper accounting by cost center and account; Daily contact with accounting team located in Hard and Milano to support correct accounting; Develop tools/dashboards to monitor KPIs and share insights/recommend actions; Interaction and active support for the various departments, with ad hoc analysis and reporting; Ah hoc analysis to identify areas of improvement and savings; Identification of possible areas for improvement and savings; Actively participates in ongoing projects.
Requisiti: Experience in FP&A (financial planning and analysis) or sales analysis.
Three years of background in controlling or accounting, or audit firms.
Demonstrates relevant business knowledge and financial awareness.
Dedicated to driving the business in a profitable and sustainable way.
Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Business or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in fashion retail.
Analytical, positive and eager to grow.
Able to work well with a team and/or autonomously.
Advanced proficiency working with computers (Excel & Power Point must).
Fluent in English and Italian.
Any other language would be considered as a plus.
Pay grade and salary: They will be commensurate with the actual competence and experience level of the candidate (range 55 / 60K).
Working place: Milan Working hours: Full time - Smart: 1 day per week Starting date: Immediate or according to the candidate's notice.
