Within the Group Investments, Asset and Wealth Management Business Unit the General Counsel is in charge of managing the legal issues related to investment activities and derivatives transactions.
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Corporate Affairs team handles communications with internal and external stakeholders in line with regulatory framework, company position, reputation and Group guidelines.
Main tasks:
- Management and organization of Board meetings and Annual General Meetings
- Supporting the function by drafting board documents, meeting minutes
- Assist in creation and distribution of Boards, Remuneration, Risk and Appointment Committees and General Meeting materials;
- Taking care of relations and reporting to Supervisory authorities;
- Managing activities and relations with the auditing company and with Group Audit;
- Drafting of Power of Attorneys;
- Drafting and update of the delegated powers system;
- Taking care of the AIF RE Unitholders meetings and drafting of the relating minutes
- Taking care of the AIF RE Advisory meetings and drafting of the relating minutes
- Taking care of the real estate vehicles used by the real estate funds for the management of commercial licensing.
**Requirements**:
- Law Degree is required
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience in similar role
- Substantial experience of handling corporate legal
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
- Specialization in international law is an advantage
