Main duties and responsibilities: You will be responsible for writing or adapting texts in English/Italian and creating effective texts for Reschio's advertising campaigns, websites, and e-commerce; You will be in charge of microcopy for advertising campaigns (ADV), texts for websites, editorial plans and e-commerce; You will adapt your style to maintain the company's voice and tone across all communications; You will receive and implement feedback from senior copywriters and other team members to improve writing skills and output; You will maintain clippings from publications and, on occasions, pass these to HR Manager for the staff board; You will keep a professional and ethical exchange.
Main skills and competencies required: At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role in a dynamic and organized environment; Strong values of integrity and ethical conduct; Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; Fluent in Italian and English (C2 level) with previous writing experience in both languages; Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening; Be a team player and have a proactive approach; Be able to perform in a dynamic work environment.
