About the role: Develop and manage the brand's international identity, creating tone of voice guidelines that reflect the brand's values and connect with diverse cultural audiences.
Build and lead a high-performing team of copywriters.
Establish and maintain robust writing guidelines and templates to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across markets, channels, and content types.
Develop engaging narratives to support product launches, brand campaigns, and key initiatives.
Work closely with the Marketing team to produce persuasive copy for paid campaigns across multiple platforms and audiences.
Drive the implementation of the brand's identity across all touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and customer communications.
About you: Several years of copywriting experience, within a fast-paced scale-up environment or creative agency.
Exceptional writing in both Italian and English, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across diverse channels and audiences.
Extensive experience in adapting messages to resonate across different markets, languages, and cultures.
Proven track record in developing tone of voice guidelines and establishing a verbal identity for international brands.
Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to analyse data and insights and transform them into compelling narratives.
Solid project management skills, with experience developing streamlined writing workflows, processes, and quality control measures.
