Job Description
We are seeking a professional, qualified and enthusiastic Coordinator, Office Management to provide support to our Milan office.
The ideal candidate will have a quick mind, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and act as the voice and face of the company. They will ensure that our customers, colleagues, suppliers and visitors receive the highest level of service.
As the main contact person for the company reception, you will be responsible for welcoming our customers, business partners, guests and employees in a professional manner.
You will also be responsible for looking after our telephone center and processing our incoming and outgoing mail, as well as coordinating dispatch orders via courier services.
You will perform independently a range of organizational and administrative tasks.
You will take care of ordering consumables and office materials as well as procuring advertising materials.
You will take on the planning and organization of company events, as well as special events.
Qualifications
University degree.
Experience in the field of office organization in an international company.
Solution-orientated, working as a team player as well as independently.
Confident and sound knowledge of MS Office.
Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
