Provide administrative and clerical support to the International department and the local Sales Director and Sales team, including coordinating and managing sales support materials, departmental mail, and assisting in a variety of other marketing functions.The principal responsibilities of the position are:
Communication:
Facilitate communication between European Marketing Management, Italian Sales Directors, Operations Directors and Sales force etc.

Be responsible for keeping the sales force up-to-date for all marketing related topics and for the overall adherence to Maui Jim marketing policies and best practice.Trade:
Coordinate communications to accounts for sales & marketing related topics.
Be the contact person for clients for marketing related topics.Trade Media:
Be the contact person for optical magazines, websites and bloggers.
Maintain relationships, facilitate press releases, handle requests for imagery & copy etc.Consumer Media:
Serve as the go-to contact for ourPR agencies.
Help with the planning, execution and supervision of all PR activities.
Account & field marketing support - Coordination and supervision of:
Communication and stock control around POS materials, promotions, incentive schemes, dealer Programs, window and other POS campaigns, Co-op marketing, account segmentation, aligning expenses with account size/potential/location,DTP:
Creation - design of basic collateral within corporate identity and current guidelines, adaptation of exiting materials to local markets, translations (from US English to Queens English) - Correct/approve translations, of relatively large projects, submitted by agencies and perform in-house translation for more smaller projects.Events - Coordination generally from office but on-site presence might be required for certain events.
Support management in domestic coordination and logistics for:
Co-op events and Trunk Shows, Roadshows, Large scale consumer events, Buying days and Trade shows (B2B),Training eventsDigital - Help plan, develop and maintain content for:
Assist with planning and budgeting processes, monthly review of actual expenses vs budget, regular calculation of upcoming expenses, direct responsibility for expenses and budgets on certain line items as Free-of-Charge product, Sales literature, POS materials, Individual rep budgets for signage, premium tools etc.Work Shift:
