We are in need of a Coordinator in Germany for an upcoming project that specializes in the socio-political analysis of refugee populations and migration trends. Our mission for this project is to provide in-depth insights and data-driven solutions to support policymakers, NGOs, and other stakeholders in creating effective and inclusive policies for refugee communities. We focus on gathering accurate, comprehensive data and facilitating communication between refugees and the organizations that serve them.
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Freelance Coordinators for Refugee Community Engagement to join our team in various European countries, including Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, UK, Belgium, and Greece. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining communication with local refugee groups, particularly those from minority communities such as Syrians, Iraqis, Arabs, Kurds, Turks, and Palestinians. This role involves leading initiatives to survey refugee conditions, understanding social and political issues affecting them, and creating supportive local communities. Coordinators will be paid on a project basis.
Key Responsibilities
Community Communication and Engagement:
Establish and maintain communication with local refugee groups and their associations. Act as a liaison between Nexus Insight and refugee communities, ensuring their voices are heard and needs are met. Survey and Data Collection:
Recruit and manage a team of pollsters to conduct surveys on refugee conditions, migration policies, and social and political issues affecting refugees. Analyze survey data to provide insights and recommendations to the company. Community Building:
Create and manage online communities (e.g., Telegram or Facebook groups) for refugees to connect, share resources, and support each other. Organize events and workshops to provide information and resources on job opportunities, education, housing, healthcare, and other essential services. Advocacy and Support:
Advocate for the needs and rights of refugees in local and national forums. Develop partnerships with local NGOs, government agencies, and other organizations to enhance support for refugee communities. First Task: Market Research on Refugee Communities
Objective: Conduct comprehensive market research on local refugee communities, their associations, NGOs, and other related groups in the respective countries, focusing on Iraqis, Arabs, Kurds, and Palestinians.
Deliverables: A detailed report containing profiles, contact information, communication tools, and scope of activities for each identified group. Include analysis and recommendations for engagement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or related field. Proven experience in research, market analysis, and stakeholder communication.
