Coordinator Food

NSF is currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role based at their office in Bologna, Italy. The core responsibilities for this role:

Completing annual registrations for existing and new clients Scheduling and planning Managing and providing excellent service to assigned key accounts Working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that monthly budget is reached Maintaining and updating databases Chasing and persuading existing, potential, and lost clients to partner with NSF Representing NSF at key client meetings and events Compiling quotes, travel estimates, invoices, and completing month-end accruals Working closely with key accounts, clients, and auditors to ensure that all audits are scheduled efficiently and effectively, meaning that travel and auditor fatigue are minimized. Qualifications:
