Mission: As the Marketing Director for our Cooling offer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products.
You will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing aspects to specify, position, launch, and promote our offer to the market.
Your primary focus will be on creating offer requirements linked to our world-wide market and business opportunities.
What will you do?
Manage a team.
Get a clear & updated understanding of the offer's environment & performances.
Be responsible for Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Process Step 1 (SIOP).
Define & manage the marketing mix of the Offer.
Support the Operational Marketing in the growth actions deployment.
Optimize the stock keeping unit (O2 process).
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
Be in direct contact with the front offices in the different Countries to coordinate the validation of concepts to real products.
Be in direct contact with Strategic Partners to align the specification and concepts.
Define, prepare and deploy the commercial release of the new offer.
Accountable for the Countries' readiness and business objectives.
Deploy and adapt the offer strategy per Country.
Accountable for the offer's growth and profitability.
Define the Marketing MIX of a new offer.
Accountable for the Marketing Business Plan.
What qualifications will make you successful?
University degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Engineering or equivalent.
Preferable 8 years relevant experience in product/brand marketing.
Strong relationship management skills.
Good understanding of Schneider Electric, Secure Power Cooling products and Data Center business.
Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding of a client's business.
Fluency in English.
Very good knowledge of MS Office and being computer literate.
Strong Management skills, proved ability to lead multi-cultural remote teams.
Willingness to travel on business to other Countries.
Ability to influence others and to build strong business networks up to VP/SVP level.
Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work in international teams.
