COOK'S ASSISTANT for corporate and private event management - VICENZA We are looking for an Assistant Cook to be inserted in our cooking centre in Vicenza, with a particular focus on management of corporate and private events .

Responsibilities: Support the meal preparation and cooking according to the recipe book and diet specifications, including food intolerances and allergies.
Contribute to the realization of corporate and private events , such as buffets, gala dinners, or Christmas lunches, ensuring a memorable culinary experience for customers.
Take care of the activities of kitchen reorganization in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications: Preferably, a diploma from a hotel school and experience in the role.
Knowledge of HACCP standards .
Creativity and passion for the restaurant industry, with a strong interest in event management.
Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and good personal care.
