COOK'S ASSISTANT for corporate and private event management - VICENZAWe are looking for an Assistant Cook to be inserted in our cooking centre in Vicenza, with a particular focus on management of corporate and private events.Responsibilities:Support the meal preparation and cooking according to the recipe book and diet specifications, including food intolerances and allergies.Contribute to the realization of corporate and private events, such as buffets, gala dinners, or Christmas lunches, ensuring a memorable culinary experience for customers.Take care of the activities of kitchen reorganization in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.Qualifications:Preferably, a diploma from a hotel school and experience in the role.Knowledge of HACCP standards.Creativity and passion for the restaurant industry, with a strong interest in event management.
