Cook'S Assistant – Bolzano

We are looking for a COOK ASSISTANT at our cooking center BOLZANO. The resource will mainly be involved in supporting the preparation and cooking of meals; must also follow the instructions in the recipe book in a responsible manner with respect to the management of diets based on different types of intolerances or allergies and the tidying up of the kitchen.
Requirements: Hotel school diploma and relevant experience preferred;Knowledge of HACCP standards;A common curiosity in the restaurant sector.The ideal profile has: good will, dynamism, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and personal care, in compliance with hygiene-sanitary regulations.
