What you will do
Reporting to the Service Quality Manager, the Cooking Documentation Specialist is responsible to collect and follow up all the main claims coming from markets for Cooking products, cooperate with Product Quality and R&D to guarantee proper service ability on new products Introduction.
Furthermore, is responsible to support global contact center to reach excellence in call avoidance activity for Cooking products.
Main activities:
- Preparation of documents in order to guarantee proper knowledge to Countries, KS channel, Service Partners, Call Center about: Product Technology - Functions - Features
- Collaborate with R&D and Sector's Quality to improve products quality and service ability
- Attend meeting NPI projects
- Participation in NPI process to guarantee proper design of products to guarantee correct installation and serviceability
- Follow Failure To Solution process, early warnings and not solved issues
- Be in contact with Country Service Managers for Tech issues
- Technical support to Global Call Center
- Training of Global Call Center for call avoidance and NPI
- Knowledge base for Global Call Center
- Find Opportunities to improve Call avoidance
- Analyse Technical Pex to find actions to reduce it
- Organize technical training material for the Service Quality team
- Evaluation of performance of the Service Network for capability to repair
What you need to succeed
- Technical Diploma
- Almost 3 years of experience in Technical/Quality Department, preferably in White Goods Industry
- Knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics, electronics topics
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong attention to details and structured way of working
- Good capability to work inside multicultural team and interface with other people
- Good communication capability
- Good analytical skills
