Acting as a lead and in his/her managerial position, he/she is responsible for: Proactively supporting the strategy analysis in COO with the aim to ensure continuous improvement. The candidate will support/lead business cases for each initiative aimed to generate efficiency in COO, challenge/support through cost analysis COO departments to become scalable, support/lead sourcing strategy with an independent view. The candidate will ensure cost efficiency continuous measurement in coordination with key stakeholders and oversight monitoring to achieve targets. He/She will maintain a proactive relationship with the Procurement team to monitor vendors and initiatives, along with internal cost controllers to track progress. Finally, he/she will help team coordination to ensure common objectives success.
Competencies:
An understanding and solid background in cost analysis (direct/indirect, Pareto efficiency, ABC analysis, etc.) which allows him/her to interface independently with main stakeholders and business partners.Experience of process flow, with an end-to-end vision, with know-how of banks' processes.Working effectively across functions (COO, Tribes, Finance).Proficient in project management.Spirit of initiative and collaboration, providing his/her own contribution by bringing new ideas.Fluent in English.Soft Skills: Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise presentations.Customer focus and customer interest paramount.Problem analysis and judgment.Analytical and structured approach.Vision.Initiative.Teamwork.Working conditions: Full Time
