What you'll do: You will join the team of online market and in particular in the business / management online marketing reporting directly to the Online Marketing Director; You will have the opportunity to be involved in all activities aimed at strengthening Sisal leadership and acquiring new customers by promoting Sisal's gaming offer and brand.
In particular, you will be responsible for converting visitors of Sisal's digital properties into registered and active customers; You will optimize prospects funnel and key messages to enhance conversion rates, supported by Experience Design teams; You will manage Welcome Promotions to maximize conversion and ROI; You will manage the Member get Member program; You will optimize conversion from registered users to depositors thanks to promotional activities; You will closely monitor conversion, deposit, and bonus spending KPIs and you will take the actions needed to optimize them; You will manage a team of 6 people.
Who you are: You have at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing and/or CRO; You have a degree in economics, communications, digital marketing or others; You have excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization; You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written; You have experience in managing people and cooperating with other teams; You know Office package in particular Excel and Power Point; You are result-oriented, you understand customers' needs and you have a data-driven approach to problem solving.
Preferably, you also have: Previous experience in gambling sector; Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Suite; Knowledge of A/B testing tools; Knowledge of Digital experience insights tools; Knowledge of Behavior analytics tools.
