ResponsibilitiesMake an impact We are looking for a dedicated candidate to step into the role of Controls Project Manager CS working with modernization and extension projects within our current customer base.
The role consists of successfully delivering in terms of defined scope, time, budget and quality.
You main focus will be on small/medium sized projects within brownfield.
To take responsibility for all commercial aspects of a project including any changes and to communicate all project plans and possible issues.
You will be a part of our Controls CS team in Italy/ South and report to Head of Controls CS.
As a Controls Project Manager within the CS department, your main responsibility will include: You provide leadership and manage project teams from a Controls perspective.
You apply and adjust standardized time schedule for projects and have all major project milestones under your responsibility (FAT, SAT, PAC, FAC).
You manage potential project issues by finding feasible solutions to ensure the success of the projects.
You are responsible for proactively managing suppliers to ensure external deliveries fulfil agreements and expectations.
You will take part in all phases of the projects from a Controls perspective participating in engineering, testing, and commissioning.
You will be involved to provide Controls cost estimates already in presales phase of projects.
You are responsible for controlling costs, anticipating cost implications, manage risks and maintaining project forecast.
You make sure to effectively communicate internally and externally with your customers and ensure that changes within the project are professionally managed throughout the project lifecycle.
