Controls Engineer (PLC programming, electrical & mechanical exp. req.) Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment
• Safely install and connect electrical components for plant machinery
• Request and oversee spare parts and supplies as required
• Follow strict safety and lockout procedures in all electrical work
• Lead electrical functions, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of equipment
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers
• Make service calls
• Keep up with schematics and manuals to accurately diagnose and resolve issues
• Maintain service records and adhere to production schedules
• Keep accurate records and ensure data is up-to-date
Controls Engineer (PLC programming, electrical & mechanical exp. req.) Qualifications • 5+ years of custom machine build experience required
• Proven ability to design electrical power and control schematics using AutoCAD required
• 3+ years experience building PLC and HMI programming required
• 3+ years as a maintenance technician (electrical & mechanical) required
• Ability to acquire a passport for international travel required
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds required
