What We Offer: Career Development Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Transparency Global Opportunities Learn More Here: Tasks and Qualifications: Your Main Responsibilities: Reading and correctly interpreting electrical layout and schematic drawings using appropriate CAD tools.
Assisting in Factory testing of the PLC and visualisation software.
Interpreting design input information and producing sorter control system configuration databases for assigned projects in-house.
Verifying quality of electrical installation on site and troubleshooting errors.
Liaising with electrical installation supervisors and subcontractors.
Following the test procedures, verifying basic functionality of control software on site to be able to run the ASRS in standalone mode.
Integrating ASRS control system with external subsystems (3rd party subsystems, host WMS/WCS) ensuring full functionality following the relevant test procedures and according to project specifications.
Providing support to site-wide system commissioning activities until acceptance by the end-user.
Recording all of the software commissioning test results into the proper modules attached to the commissioning test procedure.
Providing feedback to electrical and software engineering teams to produce amendments to control system designs.
About You: You have a degree or experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Controls Engineering.
Educated to professional degree level in a relevant discipline.
Previously held a similar role, with experience in electrical installation processes, as well as previous use of CAD tools and PLC programming (desirable, but not essential).
Passionate about automation, engineering, and technological innovation.
You have great communication skills and ability to easily adapt to various cultural backgrounds.
Self-motivated, initiative-driven and seeking continuous self-development.
Excited about travelling globally, up to 80% of the time.
Full working proficiency in English.
Hold a valid driving license.
