The resource will support the team in the following activities:
**_ Help shaping the future_**_: _You will supervise company data and administrative processes to support our future business growth and financial sustainability.
**_ Experience cooperation_**_:_ You will provide costs analysis and other key performance indicators to the board of management, in order to support decision-making process; you will also support the definition and monitoring of external suppliers' contracts.
**_ Take on responsibility_**_:_ You will control General Ledger and Analytical Accounting, identifying deviations and measures; you will define and update internal rule procedures granting their harmonization with parent company regulations.
**_ Reliable implementation_**_:_ thanks to solid controlling processes, you will identify and support enhancement activities.
**Qualifications**
**_
Education:_** Master Degree in Economics / Finance and Controlling or equivalent;
**_ Experience_** **_and know-how_**: preferably 2 year experience in controlling in well-structured companies. SAP knowledge is a plus;
**_ Working Method_**: Good familiarity with the Office package and mastery of the main IT systems;
**_ Personality_**: Strong motivation, tenacity and reliability, result orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal / communication skills;
**_ Language skills_**: Fluent English; German will be a plus
