All about the role: We are looking for a Controlling Specialist for our Susegana Factory. Joining the team you will play a key role for the achievement of the company objectives.
You will have an exciting exposure, working with colleagues of different departments. It's a dynamic, vibrant environment, with plenty of opportunities for growth, learning and making a positive impact!
What you'll do: You will be part of the Factory operations controlling community, and you will be responsible for supporting the Industrial Factory Controller in financial data analysis and reporting. You will also support the calculation of Engineering Changes and preparing analysis and reports commissioned ad-hoc. You will work in Compliance with the group and sector standards.
In detail, you will: · Assist the reporting deliveries regarding deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing consolidation processes.
· Participate in the monthly closing routine and budget/rolling forecast process.
· Proactively analyze data, and trends and highlight potential deviations/opportunities to improve results.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Who you are: · Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent (international education experience is a plus).
· Min 1 year of working experience in finance and accounting activities.
· Accuracy, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team.
· Patient paying attention to the details.
· Conscientious flexible and helpful character.
· Passion for continuous improvement.
· Fluent in writing and speaking English and Italian,
