Controlling Manager

Your responsibilities:
Support the local senior management team as an internal consultant and sparring partnerResponsible for the on-time completion and accurate output of the controlling processesCollect and develop suggestions for improving the controlling processes and their toolsCoordinate the planning and forecasting process of the Dr. Schär AG with an operative focus on the sales controlling partPrepare internal and external reportsLead a team of 2-3 employees and evolve performance through inspiration, empathy and curiosityYour profile:
Master's degree in economics2 years+ ofwork experience in a similar positionExcellent analytical skillsAbility to lead, influence and work across different departments as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executivesFluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German Your benefits:
