FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants, is looking for an experienced and motivated Controller for its Parking Business Unit.
The position is based in the HQ in Bologna.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Business Unit Controller to prepare regular reports to support the Business Unit management in key decisions taking through variance analysis, definition of new prices, cost reductions, profitability enhancement, Capex return, planning forecasting (BU), supervising annual operating plans and long term plans.
Support in the management of sales offers and project profitability analysis (BU).
Supervise and support monthly/quarterly/yearly close, making sure deadlines are met, reporting is complete and accurate and variances are explained (BU).
Support Business Unit Controller in promoting compliance with Corporate policies guidelines, applicable accounting principle and legislation requirements (BU).
When required, visit subsidiaries performing the necessary controls and providing the necessary training and support (BU).
Directly manage the sales and margin closure of the local factory and related analysis by customer, product line, purchase price variances, labor and overhead over-under absorption.
Key Requirements: At least 5/6 years in the role spent within modern organized companies, with proven track record of successful experiences conducted in international environments.
Preferably a background in a make to order environment.
Strong knowledge in Project Accounting and revenues recognition.
Preferably Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Good knowledge of the ERP system (SAP modules FI, CO, PS) requirement.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Experienced working with HFM reporting system.
Good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Available to travel abroad.
