Control Room Technician

Dematic is looking for Control Room Technician, to be hired with a permanent contract, contract for our Customer distribution Center at Trecate, very close to Novara.

- Provide technical assistance and support to field technicians.
- Partners with technical support engineers to improve operating reliability/costs
- Must be able to interpret data and communicate effectively
- Must have good oral communication skills to manage a variety of incoming calls
- Tasks and Qualifications:
- Who are we looking for?
- Technical Diploma
- A 3 year
- experience in Supply Chain / Industrial Automation
- Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating shift with occasional shift changes.
- Fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken
