About The Role About this opportunity Contract Manager responsible for contracts for construction projects, providing support to key projects in a full range of related services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contract oversight Ensure contract compliance, oversee assurance process Draft and issue project correspondence on behalf of the client Contract management and administration Claims preparation and assessment Change control, variation management Subcontracting strategy, oversight & approvals Pro-active commercial risk management Lead project meetings as appropriate About You Who we're looking for: Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills Broad spectrum of technical knowledge relating to contracts management. Experience managing contracts for construction projects. Experience working with FIDIC is a plus. Knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies. Excellent communication skills - both oral and written. Methodical way of thinking and approach to work. Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work as part of a team.
