Activities Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies (e.g., Compliance, Code of Conduct, Ethics Chart, HSE), and internal procedures, promoting their implementation.Provide support in managing emergencies related to supply chain and contract/procurement activities.Ensure the contract management process complies with company rules and local regulations.Manage and supervise Technical Assistance Service (TAS) contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and proper execution.Collaborate with requesting entities to identify needs, plan procurement activities, and support tender and technical evaluation processes.Monitor supplier performance from mobilization to demobilization, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Handle contractual and administrative documentation, including validation of requests, amendments, and invoices.Promote continuous improvement of contract and procurement management practices.Ensure adherence to HSE standards, fostering a safe working environment and complying with environmental policies.Raise awareness among staff and suppliers about safety rules and take preventive actions to mitigate risks.Share best practices and lessons learned on contract management topics. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in contract management and cost control.Proficiency in SAP (knowledge of additional tools like Sequana and E-sourcing is a plus).Strong knowledge of contract laws and regulations.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.High integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to confidentiality.Strong discretion in handling sensitive information.Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian and English communication (written and verbal) is required.
