We are looking for 10 years of experience in Banca Corrispondente activity: This means the candidate should have more than 10 years of experience working in correspondent banking activities.
Experience in outsourcing processes: The candidate should have experience in managing and overseeing outsourcing processes.
Project Management: The candidate should have skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
Experienced in Risk assessment: The candidate should have experience in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks.
Excellent English: written and spoken: The candidate should have excellent proficiency in English.
Your role in the team The primary purpose of the Contractor Control role is to ensure optimal operational efficiency and performance at Allfunds.
This is achieved by monitoring and defining key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary, and optimizing interactions between Allfunds Bank (AFB) and outsourcers.
Responsibilities: Monitor Existing KPIs.
Define Additional KPIs.
Ensure Corrective Actions.
Optimize Interactions.
Support Process Adjustments.
Revise Existing SLAs.
Produce Consolidated KPI Reports.
Enrich Transfers Activity Metrics.
